My little brother Peter has always been musical. From his “Blue Velvet” solo in grade school (hilarious to watch that on video!) to piano lessons, and now with his work with a Christian band in college: Fide. I was lucky enough to catch the group in concert last Friday and have a quick shoot with the guys on Saturday.
The bright sun was a bit of a challenge but these men made it fun, most of the genuine smiles you see here are from one band member making fun of another. Or the Ode to Grass that Caleb S. made up when I asked to take some action shots. Sorry to say, that was probably a one-time performance, not something you’ll be able to crack up at if you find them playing in a church.
