Justin & Beth – Husband & Wife, Milwaukee Wedding Photography

I first met Beth as a bride’s maid in her friend Elsa’s winter wedding in Wilmot, WI.  It was sweet to watch the girls trade places as Beth married her best friend in her home church, right across the street from the house where she grew up.  What a day for mom and dad as their only daughter got ready in her childhood bedroom, surrounded by family and family pictures.  Soon they’d add another son– Justin– and more photos.  🙂

Justin was in my high school class at Luther Prep.  I didn’t realize Beth’s Justin was THIS Justin until shortly before their engagement session!  He’s a long way from his Nike sweatshirt/hunter orange stocking cap days in this shot.  🙂  Looking sharp in yellow and grey:

A father marries his daughter.  (Below) I love the moment when a bride and groom walk back down the aisle as husband and wife.  The beginning of a new life.  And such happiness.

Socks and umbrellas were on Beth’s shot ‘wish list’.  I have to say I’m not big on props but these turned out cute, cute, cute!

Mr. and Mrs. Justin Dauck:

I loved Beth’s timeless look.  Soft, feminine– gorgeous.

I’m guessing these three had something to do with, umm, decorating Justin’s new truck:

The cupcake tower was topped with a tiny plane.  Justin has a bigger one of these– we joked that the bride and groom should have flown from the ceremony to reception.  🙂

Eat, drink, and be married!

Justin and Beth, thank you for letting me be a part of your first day of married life.  It’s obvious God had bigger plans than employment when he called you both to Michigan Lutheran Seminary.  It was a privilege to see them carried out.  🙂 Congratulations!
