Tara and Travis left a pot of chili and a cute dog at home on a cold Sunday to meet for engagement photos. 🙂 Third Ward has been home to these two for a few years now, so we kicked off our session there. Tara and Travis are active city people- what a perfect place for them: eclectic yet historic and so Milwaukee. We talked about their honeymoon (somewhere warm is in the works) to chase away the chill and even after shopping and shooting in Third Ward many times myself, they showed me some great new places they frequent on walks. Their favorite park was stop number two, where you take in the lake and the city skyline at once. Tara and Travis, you not only look great together but are SO sweet. 🙂 It might have been cold but the sunset and your love made this session just as great as any summer night shoot. Your obvious sense of style (loving that red dress!) and the way your smiles broaden for each other make me even more excited for your rustic-chic wedding next year! ENJOY.
