          My favorite slow morning breakfast: slow roasted tomatoes and garlic, caramelized onions, fresh herbs and poached eggs with manchego cheese. On an english muffin. I wasn’t too patient for the perfect photo, here– I wanted to eat! 🙂 Poaching.
