Week 3 – Breakfast
My favorite slow morning breakfast: slow roasted tomatoes and garlic, caramelized onions, fresh herbs and poached eggs with manchego cheese. On an english muffin. I wasn’t too patient for the perfect photo, here– I wanted to eat! 🙂 Poaching.

Week 1 – Newness
Salmon roe 12 weeks to go. This mama’s little ‘bun’ is the size of the red cabbage. Green coffee beans. They smelled up the whole house when it came time for roasting. I have new respect for evenly roasted bins of beans now!
