These photos pretty much speak for themselves: a happily married couple, awaiting the arrival of Baby in just a few weeks! In a lifestyle session I sometimes take the approach of photographing things that I wish would be documented for me, when my time to be a mom rolls around: my love for my husband, our space before baby, everyday sweet moments hanging out enjoying time together at home. It’s special to see these things grow/evolve once a baby’s in the picture (hah, get it). One room has obviously already changed in anticipation of Baby– as a fellow bookworm, I LOVE their nursery alphabet wall.
Matt had me take professional headshots for his business last year. Matt, you were easy to work with and looked sharp but no offense– this session was way more fun. It was great to meet your other half, and your devoted (adorable) dog. Glad we could capture your ‘first baby’; she did awesome and is in store for big changes too!
