Claire and Justin’s romance started, like many peoples’, with a crush at school. They’re both teachers in Oak Creek so I was excited when Claire arranged for their engagement session at a historic school house! Justin, it’s a good thing your fiancé was patient when she fell for you in the beginning. In the way your smile warms when you look at her, the way you make her nose crinkle when she laughs, you two are meant to be planning forever together. Claire, you look beautiful in these! Your personal touches and the thoughtful vintage items around the museum really made for a unique shoot. I’m so happy you and Justin played hookie for the morning and braved a little rain, to make this session happen! Enjoy.

I’m not sure it was romantic (something about a washing machine) but Claire found herself in for a treat of German poetry, in German, thanks to her favorite physics teacher. Love how this shot captures their relationship:
