My friend and rockstar assistant, Emily, is expecting her second child this winter. The path to baby two was a little bumpier than one would wish, but God is faithful. The beauty of a couple’s strength shines through these photos as well as a mother’s love for her boys (big and small) as this baby grows big and strong.
Emily mentioned as the one usually behind the camera in her family, not having many shots of her with her son. I had my work cut out for me, trying to catch Abe slowed down enough to cuddle with mom for a few frames. This little guy is all boy, and always on the move! What fun he will have teaching his sister how to throw rocks, dig, kick sand, ask questions, get dirty and explore the woods. He and Dad are two peas in a pod. I can’t wait for this easy-stylish mama to get a little more ‘girly’ in her life when they welcome their little miss. I’m sure there will be some adorable effortless 🙂 outfits in the future, and a lifestyle infant shoot (yay!!) once she arrives.
