Aparna & Keyur planned an elaborate, traditional wedding for family and friends from around the world. Aparna’s attention to detail extended into the preceding ceremonies as well as her big day at Discovery World, and the kick off was a vibrant Sangeet at the Grace Center downtown. I’ve decided Western weddings should adopt this Indian practice of honoring the couple, and spreading out the joy and excitement over several days. Plus it’s a great excuse to have a dance party with your favorite people, two nights in a row! Dance after choreographed dances was performed by family and friends (some of which included the bride and groom!); just a preview to the groom’s bold Baarat the following morning…
