Alyse & Seth – Walker’s Point, Documentary Wedding Photography

Alyse and Seth’s wedding was a breath of fresh air (literally) at just the right time.  The perfect excuse to straighten my hair, clean my gear, reconnect with my inner-artist, and trade a sweet new baby for an evening of good food and great photographs.  Seth and Alyse are New Yorkers, who found each other online and flew in to Milwaukee to tie the knot with family and friends.  Although our snow was a bit of a shock for guests from as far south as Puerto Rico, the evening at Braise Restaurant was warm- the perfect cure for the Packer-loss blues that same afternoon.

After a beautiful intimate ceremony and one of the best locally sourced wedding meals I’ve ever had (!), the couple showed off their excellent taste in music.  This dance floor was hopping Heidi and I almost hated to leave.  🙂  Seth and Alyse, your wedding fit my casual authentic style perfectly.  Thank you so much choosing me to document your love.  Best wishes to you both in this new beginning!  Enjoy.

Alyse and her sister are very close- just the sort of support you need as you prepare to say “I do”.

Checking the score…  🙂

(below) I can only imagine the relationship advice Seth must have gotten from four sisters over the years!  Great to see them all in one place for his special day.

Any time you two want to do this again, you let me know!  Such a sweet, fun night.  Congratulations!
